Mining. May it be for gold, silver, ruby, diamond, or basically any other kind of product that are produced through mining, observing the right safety protocols while on the work is necessary. Land that is exposed to regular mining usually weaken, making them dangerous for miners.

There is no surefire way on how one could do away with the risk. Its always there. And what you can do is to do your own part of the bargain and make sure that the people who are working on these industries are protected. There are already a lot of steps that you can employ to reduce the danger present in a working venue. Shoring is one of them.
