The elements include selenium, zinc, potassium, and iodine. Selenium produces enzymes that would protect a person from having cancer. They are also good suppliers of vitamins A and D.

There have been studies conducted that such habit of eating fish can help someone take a deeper breath. Each person is technically and obviously capable of breathing but this means it can hugely help the lungs as well. It is not only an asthma reliever but it has proven signs of prevention.

On the other side of the story, there people, especially celebrities, who are skin conscious. The ice age was over and now global warming takes place and this climate condition can be very harmful to the skin if exposed longer. Fish meat has elements that protect skin against UV damage caused by extreme heat.

This thing comes with variety of health advantages if the lifestyles is right. However, the decision is always on the individual if he wants to embrace a healthy lifestyle or not. He just needs to be more willing do further research.
